We collect your phone number and email address to create your account. We also collect the phone numbers and/or email addresses of your designated Check-in Contacts to deliver alerts as requested by you.
2. NO LOCATION TRACKING
Are You Good does not track, store, or share your GPS location data.
3. USE OF DATA
We use your information strictly to provide the Service, including sending check-in reminders to you and missed check-in alerts to your contacts. We share this data with third-party SMS and email delivery providers solely for the purpose of transmitting these communications.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments are handled by Apple and Google; we do not store your credit card information. We do not use Google Analytics or sell your personal data to third parties.
5. DATA SECURITY
We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We retain your data only as long as your account is active.
